    UGH!!!

Natalie Holloway is a tragic case, but it did NOT deserve the front-page 24-hour news coverage that it did.

    GRR!!!

(Not that I’m bitter, mind you.)

You know something is seriously wrong when it takes a major natural disaster to remove this tripe from the headlines.

I would like to wimp out and cast a vote for all of the above….

    Damian –

Yes, reminds me of how 9/11 finally got Chandra Levy and shark attacks out of the news.

    I voted for Sheehan——————————–

    BUT

I would have voted for “All the Above” if it was an option.
ALL of them got way more than the 15 minutes they deservered.
    (Sorry, NO DISRESPECT, Natalie!)

On the one hand, I was totally sick of Mother Moonbat, and that whiny seventh-grade-girl, sing-song voice of hers… but on the other hand, she did so much to discredit the anti-war left.

Way to set that one up. Cindy and a few nobodies. I wonder who you guys will vote for. 🙂

I was shocked this past weekend when I was visiting my family and my father, who voted for Bush in 2004, was outraged that he would not acknowledge Cindy Sheehan and after several other complaints regarding Dubya he proclaimed that he wished he could have that vote back. My brother who in 2000 voted for Bush had already renounced his vote before the 2004 election. Now while you think Cindy has discredited the left antiwar crowd, I can now completely see how many people who really are not as politically inclined as we are may actually be listening to her. For my father to make an unsolicited comment about it is a pretty big deal.

Was your father aware that he had already met with Mother Moonbat before, and that she lied about it? Was he aware of her anti-American and anti-Semetic rantings? Or, was he completely dependent on the MSM for his information?

I knew there was someone I was missing from the list… it hit me this morning… Terri Schaivo.

Britton, I daresay your father will be changing his mind as Saddam’s trial begins and we find out just what Cindy Sheehan and her ilk preferred the situation to be in Iraq. I thought the Left would learn its lesson when she opposed the removal of the Taliban, but it seems some things come hard to some people.

I notice that Mother Moonbat isn’t postponing her Bus Tour (the one she isn’t actually riding with) or International ANSWER-sponsored Washington Media Event… I mean, Peace Protest … because of the hurricane. But then, why should she care about thousands dead and homeless and suffering in Louisiana, Bushco killed her baby for Israel and Halliburton.

GayPatriot: Terri Schiavo was a Spring case, so she is ineligible for the vote.

The Natalee Holloway was the most ridiculous non-story story that has ever been bandied about in slow news times. Hours upon hours were dedicated to a (probable) murder that was only one of thousands of murders that would aoccur this year. One person above commented that the poll was a fix, with most conservatives picking Cindy Sheehan. Not this conservative. Believe me, the only “good” to have emerged from Katrina was the removal of Beth, Jug, Joran and the lot from the airwaves.

as bad as the Sheehan coverage was, I would still have to vote for Plame/Wilson/Rove as the story I am most tired of hearing about.
