Delay, Frist, Abramoff, Dreier, Mehlman, where does one begin?

Happy New Year Dan!
The right-to-die issue is coming to life…if a person wants to die why won’t that person simply make the personal choice to discontinue feeding, as starvation is apparently euphoric and is considered fashionably chic these days. Why muck up the legislative system with stupid stuff like “I have the right to die”

“Orange-Carrot Diet Snapple Juice Drink” is neither juice nor drink. Discuss.

Chandler:
Depends on it the chauffeurr is cute and if he is driving at the time.

Malcontent, why in the name of all that’s holy are you drinking orange-carrot ANYTHING? Not even Uncle Wiggly would touch that one.

Shofar shogood. And may all your ugly mugs show up in Hashem’s family album next week.
Chandler, the fagela shagitz who blew out the candles after everyone left the room.

Let’s start with Pelosi, Reid, Emmanuel, Schumer, Kennedy, Kerry, Dean, Jefferson, Moran, Corzine, Waters etc.

I’ve never found it to matter if the person (or myself) was driving or not. RH works for me.

Uncle Wiggly??? Are you showing your age? My dad has/had some of those comics from the late 30s floating around the house somewhere.

I never post, but just saw a GREAT musical and what to recommend it to everyone if you haven’t seen it:
“WICKED!”
Saw the touring production and WOW it was great. Check it out! I laughed, I cried…fun times.

Just a question? Speaking of those Democrats, did Kerry ever release his naval records to the public or press? Remember, he said he’d sign a form in a short while, authorize their release… I think he did sign the form but staff hadn’t sent it to Navy Records… still no opportunity to uncover whether his claims of “lies and distortions” applied to his critics or to JFKerry.

Yeah, but I think there were some records that were not released under the guise of full disclosure.
I still want to know why I only heard about The Big Dig his multi-million dollar kickbacks once. I would have thought that would have been all over the place.

You’re kidding, right, TGC? Didn’t you ever play the Uncle Wiggly board game growing up?

I seem to remember seeing it, but I don’t think I played it. I think my dad had his from when he was a kid. If I recall correctly, in the shape it was in, I wouldn’t let kids play with it either. It was a collector’s item when I was a kid.
Other than the stuff my dad had, I don’t recall Uncle Wiggly in the 70s. I did look through my dad’s comics once. I seem to recall that they were 1938-40 or something. He was born in 37.

Hey NDXXX, take solace, I remember playing UW as a little kid and liking it a lot. It was a fun game… and my parents, older sibs, and their friends were pretty tolerant in playing the game with me over and over ’cause it was educational. Uncle Wiggily’s long hop to Dr Possum’s Office… fun memory, thanks.
Wistful is good sometimes. Despair, like ankle monitors, are never “a good thing” for anyone.

And that, my friends, should be our first entrant for the GayPatriot Daily Calendar of One-Sentence Worldly Witticisms.

On an earlier post topic: California’s upcoming Propositions…
A new poll has all of them winning overwhelming support among “likely voters” — despite (because of?) an expensive and vicious ad campaign against them.
Comment by Clint — October 6, 2005 @ 4:04 pm - October 6, 2005
Simple answer: California’s Democrats saw Schwarzenegger’s election as an accident of celebrity, not a warning sign of how pissed the voters are with the state’s condition and who they blame for it getting there.

#15-16:
I believe Kerry did release his records a few months ago, BUT, he had the Navy release them only to 3 ultra-friendly MSM reporters. Not to the public. The 3 ultra-friendly reporters sort of waved their hands and claimed “Nothing to see here, folks”. Bottom line: The public still hasn’t seen Kerry’s records. (Unlike Bush, who released his service records to the public.)
