From Sir David to Mullah David?

“Sir” David Frost is joining the al-Qaeda News Network, also known as al-Jazeera.

Unbelieveable. I guess Al Gore, media magnate-in-his-mind, is next to join the budding conglomerate front organization for the Islamic fundamentalists?

  1. I dunno.

I’m starting to think Algore’s crazier than they are. I agree with what Rush said the other day. I think global warming has fried his brain. That, or the farting cows.

  2. Both. Globally warmed cow farts fried his brain.

Sir David Frost, how utterly intellectual is the al-Qaeda News Nework NOW. The first story wil be how to hide piglet from the ruling populace’s sight. Would not want to offend the upper class.

  3. And that newest award: Posterboi for What’s Wrong with the MSM goes to David Frost –former socialist turned anti-American, neo-liberal, but still wrong. David? David? Leave the gaffer’s little boy alone and come get your award.

Any chance a roadside bomber takes him out when he does his first “terrorist-on-the-street” interview. I can hear Al Gore –”Why didn’t I think of that move to AJ; I wonder if SlickWilly will call the new Saudi Prince and get me a job interview?”

Hey, come on. PrezWilly was willing to hazard American lives rather than miss a chance to grab some contributions for his Pres Library… he’d do this for Al Gore. He owes him.

I’m predicting Frost will be a hit on the college speaking circuit now… defending the terrorists as well as NancyPelosi does. Move over MikeyMoore, another piece of slim is looking for its 15 minutes.

  4. Completely believable. You’ve got to hand it to the leftists, they have balls. What little shame and fear they used to have that they’d be painted as rooting for the enemy, they’ve lost. They do it openly now.

    It turns my stomach.

What turns my stomach is relentless partisanship that shows no end of zealotry. And that zealotry is really the thing to fear, not idealogy. Not Liberals, Conservatives, the Christian Right, or even Wahabbists.

Incidentally, you might want to consider the story of another American who has joined the staff of Al-Jazeera. He’s a former US Marine. But then, I already knew the Marines “Balls”. From up close and personal experience. … ;-)

  6. This may be a pointless media thread but as a change,

How many people here have acces to, and watch
PBS’ In The Life gay and lesbian monthly news magazine?

  8. Jeesh, so your writing is now reduced to name calling? “I guess Al Gore, media magnate-in-his-mind, is next to join the budding conglomerate front organization for the Islamic fundamentalists?”

You used to at least make interesting arguments.

  9. On second thought, when David Frost starts airing on al-Jazeera, will his reporting be much different than it’s been on the BBC? I mean, the BBC is no bastion of journalistic integrity or credibility –kind of like CBS only with obnoxious and arrogantly wrong reporters, liberal-bent stories, and anti-American spins… oh wait, that’s CBS and the BBC already.

Is the BBC different than al-Jazerra? I’m trying hard to think of a single major story where the perspective has been different between the 2 networks in the last 6 months?

  10. These guys can look to Turban Durbin (D, Al-Jazeera) for pointers.
Didn’t the former Marine, pedophile and liberal hero Scott Ritter go to work for Al-Jazeera after his payroll from Saddam dried up?
