There have been attempts for nearly two years to get a LCR chapter established in New Jersey….with no results. Those of us in NJ who do not have business or social ties to NYC or Philly are left in the Wilderness; exaserbated by the lack of any coherent G/L communities other than a handful of G/L bedroom communities for NYC and Philly like Maplewood, Collingswood and the River Counties.

And LCR-Natl seems to have written-off NJ after several good-faith tries. I can’t even get an e-mail back from LCR-Natl about any new attempts to get the NJ-Chapter up and running. The NJ primaries will be in 6-months, so I guess it’s already too-late to have any effect on the 2006 election-cycle. I guess Patrick has his hands-full with both the posts of Political Director and National Field Director vacant.

The show-trials should be starting in a few months if political history repeats itself in predictable patterns. Always remember that those who write-up the lists are usually added to the bottom of the same list.

Way off-topic, but this is pegging my Weird-O-Meter: United Arab Emirates Police Bust Up Mass Gay Wedding (Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates) Authorities raided a hotel and arrested 26 men for alleged adultery and prostitution during a mass homosexual wedding. The men were UAE nationals, Arabs, and Asians. Some were dressed as women, with make-up and hairstyles, and the others were dressed in Arab attire. A rash of Muslim Arab homosexual gatherings and group arrests has occurred recently and the country's leadership is alarmed.

Well at least they are being fair to both sides! You can’t speak out when that clown Matt Foreman puts his foot in his mouth (yet again) or you will be fired if your on staff at LCR. So it only follows that you can’t question the board or staff either!
