Hey doofus, get a clue. Al-Zarqawi was shown conclusively to be in Iraq around 2002 setting up sleeper cells with the help of Saddam’s administration. That means, dear moronic RIW, that not only was Zarqawi IN Iraq prior to the US-led liberation in March 2003, but ALSO justifies the war effort to remove Saddam and his al-Qaeda cronies from power.
