Again, contrast to David Beamer (sorry, I typed the wrong name – Todd is of course the son) who has NOT gone about systematically erasing his son’s legacy.

Same with Cindy Sheehan. Britton, if you are so dumb that you can’t see what a contemptible narcissist Cindy Sheehan – Erasing her son CASEY SHEEHAN’S actions and legacy, while Beamer, by contrast, goes out of his way to honor his son’s – you do that. We’re in a relatively free country.

And that is the difference between them, by the way. And there is nothing remotely hypocritical in PEOPLE (conservative or otherwise) noticing that Cindy Sheehan is a contemptible narcissist who erases her own son’s views and actions, while Todd Beamer does the opposite to his. But hey, Britton, if you want to make faux hypocrisy accusations just the same, showing what a fool you are – Have at it!

There is a key difference between Todd Beamer’s father and Cindy Sheehan; namely, that he doesn’t have a record of calling the people who killed his son “freedom fighters”, sending them hundreds of thousands of dollars, and blaming the Jews for the fact that his son was killed.

Furthermore, none of the “Jersey Girls” have ever given me any reason to believe that their actions have anything to do with 9/11 — and several reasons to believe that they have everything to do with bashing Bush and Republicans.

Whatever happened to the loyal opposition? Creatures such as “michael” and the remaining half of the sockpuppet brigade and the rest of the lowercase crowd are a bunch of spoiled, hateful children.

Liberals are the saddest, most pathetic around and don’t deserve any compassion. Their hate will destroy them.

A very American virtue is a feeling of responsibility, to act, to protect ourselves and others, to right wrongs as we see them even if it isn’t our “job.” It’s exemplified by the heroes on flight 93.

This is the quote: “Every hand a sword, every foot a hammer, every mind a weapon. It is our wits that make us men. Use them. And never, never, never, never give in. To the tyrant never yield.”

A man views his son as a hero and is proud of what he and others did and sees that action as the first action against the terrorists and Ann C sees this as *enjoying* his death? What? Because he is proud instead of ashamed of his son? How about those fire fighters who died, is it okay with you, Ann, if at least a few of those families view their lost loved ones as heroes?

What have people got against heroism anyhow? What sort of world is it where heroism is embarassing and victimization glorified? I guess to be adequately moral everyone has got to wallow in a morass of denial and blame laying and that good old victimization, Mama Sheehan grotesquely laid out on her son’s grave, to be expressing honest emotions. All angst all the time.

Dang, and I’d always thought that growing past angst-as-honesty was a sign of pending adulthood.

How would Todd Beamer want to be remembered? The way his father does, with love and admiration? How would Casey Sheehan want to be remembered, who actually volunteered for a patrol he didn’t need to go on the day he was killed, as a sap, a victim, not in charge of his own destiny?

No heroes. We can’t have heroes.

It’s very sad.

I think Trandahl is going to be a key witness here. It appears he was forced out of his job as House Clerk. Why would that be? Perhaps he had decided enough was enough and the Greedy Old Pervert House leaders had to decide whetehr to take action against Foley or risk a scandal and that safe Florida seat. So they canned Trandahl and let Foley continue to chase pages.

Or does it mean that to “support the war” and “support the troops,” it is somehow more legitimate if you are a RAT? Nah…couldn’t be.

This account was confirmed yesterday by Kolbe’s spokesperson. However, she denied the messages were sexually explicit. Yet, the source provided the alledged sexually explicit messages in question to The Post on condition they not be reprinted.

Now, why didn’t this become an issue then? Because Rep. Kolbe is gay, you know what people will say.
