7-Day Forecast: Light Blogging

PatriotPartner and I are headed West this afternoon for a week in Phoenix.
No cellphones, no computer, no work, no blogging.
I’ve done a couple of posts in advance for next week, but unless there is something major going on (and I can find a computer at the hotel) I bid adieu until Sunday, November 5th.

Nice time to visit. Your picture is probably from Sedona – nice day trip and include a Pink Jeep Tour (Broken Arrow route) and a visit to Jerome. Also a nice time to drive through Oak Creek Canyon north of Sedona. Funky Flagstaff is worth a visit – Sunset Crater (volcanic) and Meteor Crater (meteor impact) both a bit east of Flag are of interest.
In Phoenix, it’s a great time to hike (always take water) – Piestawa Peak Summit trail and Camelback summit trail yield expansive views but are not for couch potatoes.
Oh yeah, there’s a big hole in the ground in the northern part of the state.

Hi I zipped over from the Daou Report and your site is doing something strange; I don’t know if it is at my end or your end but your posts are showing up in a vertical line with only one word per line. I’ve had that happen with other blogs and so I think it may be my server. Just thought you might want to know…

Hi, me again! It must be Safari; Firefox is working just fine, so ignore the previous comment!
