		<description>I know I seem to face this issue all the time, especially with academic papers, and I find that walking helps. I walk a lot in New York City, and know that seeing some of the same scenes every day allows me to walk while being introspective (translated--what do I think / feel / believe about [fill in topic here], and so I . . . ).</description>
