Accepting bribes, obstructing justice, and committing perjury are also felonies. Alcee Hastings did all three. If he were a Republican, he’d be in prison. But since he’s a Democrat, he gets a place of honor in the Hillary campaign.

Wrong, neither are felons. Why do you undercut your arguments by deliberately lying about easily verifiable facts? It’s the same thing with Frederick of Hollywood and his “lawyer” trophy wife not to mention Bush and his demonstrably false yet repeated claim that we invaded Iraq because Saddam wouldn’t let the inspectors back in. This seems to be a common conservative defect. I guess telling whoppers worked for awhile but did you really think it would work forever?

Two out of three of these people voted to give “no questions asked” Amnesty to illegal alien felons and gang-bangers; and all three of them want to institute the same DMV-style health care system whose failure is becoming increasingly obvious in Europe and Canada.

What is it with lefties and the whole lower-case thing? Seriously – what point do they believe they are making?

It can’t be a statement of self-negation – since, in most contexts, the effect of lower-casing is very slightly to grab attention for themselves.

But, if we go totally pro-India and just abandon Musharraf to the Islamists (and Russians and Chinese)… two words for you: nuclear war. Not this year but in 3, 5 or 10 years.
