Quick Note on Timing of Posts
When i was speaking with a friend who reads this blog, he wondered about the date/time-stamp on our posts. When he said it appeared that our posts had been published in the near future, I realized that we had not reset our blog “clock” with Daylight Savings Time, so instead of having a time stamp on Eastern Time (as we normally do), our posts were given a stamp an hour earlier. I have since corrected that. Apologies for any confusion that caused.

Ian, you ARE kidding, right?
I don’t know but my sense is that this blog takes a considerable toll on Bruce’s, Dan’s, John’s time, energies and creative talents. Not to mention what it means in opportunity costs for the partners, dogs and families.
I can’t imagine doing what they do for this blog, putting in the time to write pointedly and accurately on up-to-the-minute topics… beyond saying Thanks and ignoring the minor flaws like time stamps… they deserve a lot of credit and gratitude. A lot. Daily.
So do others who frequent here. Like VdaK, who has his own witty, really creative and rudely humorous blog. I might disagree with VdaK on 20% of his radicalRight agenda, but his blog is wired. The energies these guys put into their blogs for the enjoyment (?) or perusal of others is a blessing to gay blogland… which is otherwise dominated by porn, porn talking about porn and GayLeft rantings against Bush, religion and life.
I hope you were kidding.

hey, guys, be nice to Ian. I met him when I drove through Arizona in 2006 and believe that he intended to poke fun at me with his comment.
He may be liberal, but he is a nice guy, friendly and civil. He even, as I recall, offered to buy me a cup of coffee when we met at a Phoenix Starbucks.
