great interview! I think it would good for him to serve as governor for a while. First of all it would season him better and it would be better for Louisiana. Since he is so young, there is time for him to run for president at a latter date with more experience under his belt.
Interesting footnote, Obama went from Barry to Barak. Jinal went from an Indian name to Bobby. Who is trying to be more inclusive and more American?

Great interview. Witty, self-deprecating, and comfortable on television. Louisiana needs him for the next 8-years, but definitely a potential candidate in 2016.

Is there any reason Bobby Jindal would be on the Tonight Show if either A) the McCain camp wanted to expose him and see how people reacted or B) He was auditioning for the position himself? You very rarely see governors on the Tonight Show.
Makes me think he’s at the top of McCain’s short list.

To the liberals, he’s a dot-head guvner of the liberal (read: mob) bastion of Louisiana. As far as they’re concerned, he’s P.T. Barnum’s wet dream.

I love this guy. I don’t care if LA needs him, he would be a great running mate for McCain.
