After working in the White House he surely expected a career in media of some type. Look at all the former staffers on the payrolls of networks and cable. He got nothing. So I think he was forced to write a book. Now like others, O'Neil, Gergen, Brook, they search for their fame and fortune. I understand it. And view them appropriately.
