#5 - Jimmy, does your mother know that you are on her computer when she expressly told you that you would be grounded and your video games would be taken away if she ever caught you on a grown-up site?

#7 - DER has a point. And it also applies to the resurgence of McCain, of whom everyone (myself included) though was toast in the summer of 2007.

McCain found ways to revamp his team, his perception and his agenda without missing a beat. Had Hillary done the same thing before Iowa, she would be the nominee. No question.

#8 - Laurieann, I hope so too. Given the fact that the SnObama gave the Clintons at least 2 days worth of air time, he practically gave away the convention to her. This series of apperances - if Hillary can pull them off flawlessly - will definitely spark some "buyer's remorse" and "what-could-have-been" speculation on the part of the delegates. Who knows - by putting her name in nomination, she just MIGHT get the nod after all!

As Bette said: "Fasten your seat belts. It's going to be a bumpy ride!" ;-)

Nice tanking by BO. Tight Convention.
Maybe it'll be a memorable Nominating Convention after all.
Maybe it won't be just a plagiarised MLK speech in a phonebank stadium.
I'm hoping Hillary will get there!!!

Because Hillary starting taking more command of her campaign towards the end of it, and you can clearly see a shift in style and message from her towards the end. She just put together a wrong team, an out dated team that last ran election in like 96. Not like any of us saw Obama coming, though I always knew she would have a hard time dealing with the real liberal democrats.

And Obama finishes poorly, the shine has worn off and now he is stagnating. The race is becoming tighter when I thought it would really begin to seperate the closer fall came. We will see what happens at the conventions, he needs the boost.

Jimmy keep in mind that half the delegates to the socialist convention are going to stomp their feet and pout. Some will be trying to incite a riot and try to get tear gassed, or tassered, all to re live the great old days, the 60's. hehe

How do you have "factional disputes" and a "staff in gridlock" and claim to have any leadership ability whatsoever?

There were some really fine liberal columnists in the days of yore. Now, we have nothing but hacks. I have some latent liberal tendencies that could probably be stirred up, there are no more Teddy Whites or Meg Greenfields or Patrick Moynihans who can be gracious, thought provoking and honest in sharing their side of the debate.

Liberals have become members of a pack mentality and they say really stupid stuff which they defend like third graders on the playground.

So, when E. J. Dionne writes just about anything, you can be sure it is going to be some type of defensive boilerplate or just wild assertions which serve to fill up space. None of these people are ever edited anymore.

I am getting excited about the Democrat convention. Now that even Chelsea has a spotlight speech position, I expect to see the Clintons infect the proceedings like Herpes Simplex #2.

Will the Obamessiah be able to part the seas and lead the children to the promised land? Or, will a house divided against itself get a last minute extreme makeover from Ty Pennington and the ever anxious to help MSM?

Stay tuned.

"I wondered how she managed to do so well, particularly in the last three months of the primary campaign."

Two words, Dan: OPERATION CHAOS.

It is something that neither the MSM, the Dhimmicrats nor the Clinton campaign will be willing to admit.

BTW - I see where the Clintons get 2 nights to address the convention in Denver. Bad move - it will just show the delegates "what could have been" and give the viewing public a realization that maybe the MSM is fluffing up the wrong candidate.

Plus, I still guarantee a floor fight and/or riot in Denver either inside the building or outside. I will put money on it.

Peter H.
