		<description>The thought comes to mind that there's no such thing as a bold consensus. Leaders don't need to take a vote, and they don't dither when a decision needs to be made. They take responsibility for their mistakes. 

This is why senators make lousy presidents. Legislative bodies are driven by consensus and compromise. And there's always someone else to blame when things don't work out right.</description>
