In my mind, his biggest mistakes have been to run out and make lame-assed speeches or create websites whenever somebody tells the truth about him or his associations. What kind of leader pisses and moans as much as Obama does?

Dick Morris - read it - not so impressed.

Dick is always fun, interesting and insightful, yet somehow almost always wrong. In this case, he sings the praises of freedom-destroying measures such as McCain-Feingold, and faults Sarbanes - Oxley, a measure whose costs and damage are causing New York to decline as a world financial center, as too *weak*.

As of last night, the Convention was still "<i>The "Clinton Show</i>". And that Midwestern-heartland barometer, the Tonight Show monlogue, had three or four Bill or Hillary references for every one of Obama....Barry's lost the tide and risks snagging the political-shoals tonight if he fails to deliver a unifying barnburner.

But I liked the "Obama bin Biden"-crack.

.....Why does the DNC have to take place BEFORE Labor Day? All those NEA-member in-attendence have to be back in class in September lest the general public notice their schools embarressingly-empty of teachers during the Dhimmicatic (inter)Nationiale Convention....

Speaking of the speech tonight, who do you think is going to give it the most breathless, gushing, review? Keith Olbermann or Andrew Sullivan? How much do you want to bet that either or both reviews contain the word "flawless?" How much do you want to bet Sullivan compares it to the Sermon on the Mount, which he will find somewhat lacking in comparison?
