McCain just called protesters “static.” So much for a presidential hopeful who believes in allowing people to express their opinions. He sounds like Bush Jr. who called those who disagree with him “noise.” I thought McCain was for bipartisanship. I guess not. If he gets elected, the US is headed towards an ideological dictatorship.

No, he called someone who interrupted an assembly “static.” So would you have been all in favor of letting someone into Invesco last Thursday to interrupt Obama’s speech, unchecked? You’re totally reaching and, basically, a barking lunatic.
Comment by Steve — September 4, 2008 @ 10:36 pm - September 4, 2008
Not only were the protesters rude and classless, it has nothing to do with free speech. There was plenty of time and space outside the arena to express their communist opinions. I only wish those that protested would have lit an American flag on fire so they could have felt the good will of the crowd. If patriots had protested BHO’s speech in the same way, you nutts would have called them Nazi’s. Grow up, pin head.

No, we wouldn’t have called protesters at Obama’s convention “Nazis.” We would have escorted them out, but we would never say that their different opinions are “noise” or “static.”
Your rude and classless name calling of “Nazis” and “Commies” show just how scared you are of different opinions. People like you give Republicans a bad name.

Hilarious, Commentator from LA. So you’ve never heard/read of a liberal calling Republicans fascists or nazis? How about if I just call you a douchebag of a troll, instead?

The leftists candidates are Obama and Biden. I’d resort to shouting name calling protesting interrupting too if I had to SELL those two. hehe The only way Obama can win is to pretend his minister isn’t a madman, and pretend he has some accomplishments even though he can’t list them.

#6 That is the leftists reaction to heroes, patriots and servicemen and women. Thanks for reenforcing the image of the Democrat party.

As the famous saying goes, “Eight is enough!” We really don’t need McCain who is just another gun loving politician. And we don’t need more moose roadkill with Palin as VP.
Comment by Commentator from LA — September 4, 2008 @ 10:54 pm - September 4, 2008
I love the leftists who whine about free speech, the same ones who want to shut down Fox News.

Anyone like the NEW MSNBC with Olbermann exiled to NYC? It seems it has eliminated the fist fighting between Scarbourogh Brokaw Matthews and Olby. Not as much fun in my opinion.

It’s impossible to imagine McCain’s life. I’m repeating myself but he is worthy of our respect and our gratitude.
He does know the horrors of war like no other recent president. And I think he knows that peace does come from strength; from resolve.
If your enemies believe and know that aggression will be answered, they are less likely to act - and war is less likely.

You’re full of it. Talking over somebody, especially somebody everybody is there to hear IS static and noise. There’s been plenty of folks booted from Comrade Snobama’s circle jerks.
Comment by ThatGayConservative — September 5, 2008 @ 1:38 am - September 5, 2008
I agree. What would have happened if someone crashed Invesco during The Snob’s speech and held up a sign saying “Pick My Cotton?”
And started shouting “GO HOME MUSLIM?”
Not only would The Snob be taken aback and stuttering, but the crowd would have torn the protester apart, NOT escorting him politely out the door.
However, it would be fun watching Keith Olberfrau’s head explode as his vitriol would have led to a stroke.
Prove me wrong on the above.
Regards,
Peter H.

Well, fingers crossed anyway…

And McCain IS for bipartisanship. With the Democratic Party. Not the Communist Party.
