Palin’s Email Account Hacked By Son of TN Democrat

Why am I not surprised one bit that an Unhinged Liberal-In-Training is behind the invasion of privacy of Sarah Palin and her family?

Palin Hacker Identity Is Revealed – Pajamas Media

The hacker is David Kernell, the 20-year old son of Mike Kernell, a Democrat and elected state representative in Tennessee, according to Nashville’s largest newspaper, the Tennessean.

A well-informed Tennessee radio host Steve Gill told me this about the hacker’s dad: “He is an extremely left-wing Representative from Memphis who has been in the legislature 32 years and has never had any job other than professional politician.”

Makes you wonder what the dad’s role was, if any…

Folks, it is time to PROSECUTE these Democrats for their anti-American, intimidating and illegal behavior when it comes to the political and governing process. I want to see this kid in jail, I want to see the operators of Gawker in jail, I want to see anyone involved in this disgusting incident IN JAIL.

No more Sandy Bergers, no more Bill Clintons, no more Franklin Raines, no more Michael Moores, no more Bob Torricellis, no more Charlie Rangels.  Democrats have been thumbing their nose at the rule of law in this country for decades, especially in documented election fraud around the USA. And the media and the Justice Department does NOTHING.

Sometime, somewhere, somehow the Democrats’ criminalizing of the political process must be stopped.

  1. AMEN!

Who is always screaming about invasion of privacy and defending terrorist cell phone calls and emails.

Where is the outrage from the left loons? I suspect the ACLU will provide FREE legal defense for this “child”.

I feel your outrage Bruce and will be emailing Ms. Sheila Jackson Lee…..she better be ALL OVER THIS ONE.

  2. He’s 20.

Let’s stop calling him a kid.

    He’s a man.

And I feel confident that the Secret Service and the FBI will not take this lightly. But give them time to make their case.

  3. I think we all need to tread lightly in proclaiming Kernell guilty. As far as I can tell, the feds haven’t named him a suspect and there are no confirmed reports that he’s been contacted by law enforcement. It’s the blogosphere that has indicted him, and the only evidence is that someone using his preferred web handle and email address confessed to the crime on 4chan.

Is he guilty? Could very well be, but it’s just as possible that someone who doesn’t like him or some random person posted his email address on that 4chan board.

I want to see the person who hacked Palin’s email get his or her comeuppance as much as anyone, but there’s no conclusive evidence yet.

  4. Hacking into someone’s e-mail account and putting it on public display is a federal offense. Why isn’t the justice department on this like stink on shit?

And why isn’t this happening to any of the other male candidates?

  5. “Democrats have been thumbing their nose at the rule of law”

Todd Palin refuses to testify in ‘Troopergate’ probe. “Todd Palin, the husband of vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin, will not heed a subpoena to appear before an Alaska legislative committee Friday morning to testify about his role in Troopergate…”

I swear, it’s like you guys try to out-do yourselves on the self-parody thing sometimes.

  6. Jenn – You are correct. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. But the kid (20 by years maybe, but not by actions) hasn’t denied and Dad confirms he is a suspect.

Regardless – this is a Federal crime and should be treated as such.

  7. Unfortunately, you are perfectly within your rights to raise a legal objection to a subpoena, torrentprime. That safeguard exists in our law because our founders were well aware of abusive governments who used the judiciary to harass people in the name of “investigation”.

Such as Obama supporters like Hollis French who have openly bragged about how their desire and intent with this investigation is to create an “October surprise” to swing the Presidential election and help Obama win.

  9. Aww. It’s been a long time since one of you called me a Democrat. I missed it. Hey, everyone: I received my “Republicans for Obama” buttons last month. If anyone wants one, let me know, and I’ll send it to you, my treat. I know there are some of you who can’t stomach the McCain lies anymore. When editors of National Review throw up their hands and go Obama, I know some of you can’t be far behind.

Poor Gene. Can’t see the difference between the rule of law and who it applies to. The best part about having principles (like habeas corpus) is that you know they’re important regardless of who gets to benefit from them. The GOP used to know that.

    Comment by torrentprime — September 19, 2008 @ 6:49 pm - September 19, 2008

  12. The best part about having principles (like habeas corpus) is that you know they’re important regardless of who gets to benefit from them. The GOP used to know that.

And then it realized, as did the very first Republican President Abraham Lincoln, that the number-one principle of law is to protect innocent US citizens and stop those who would kill and attack them and their country — which applying habeas corpus blindly in all situations, especially those involving non-citizens with a stated goal, desire, and record of attacking the United States, did not do.

The problem here, torrentprime, is that gay and lesbian Democrats like yourself are so irrationally anti-Bush and anti-Republican that you must bash them in any instance. Hence, you whine about “habeas corpus”, which if correctly applied, would require that terrorists caught in the act of attacking US citizens be turned loose on US streets without surveillance while awaiting trial.

Of course not, V, union rules take precedent over public safety… that is until the guy actually harms someone at whcih time thwy would be the first in line wailing that the governor was negiligent, that anyone could see this guy was a danger, it doesnt matter what the rules were she should have fired him and demanding she step down.

  18. As I’ve said before, the worst lies the Democrats have promulgated about Sarah Palin pale next to the known facts about Barack Obama. (Mentored by America-hating racists, friend to unrepentant terrorists, earmarker extraordinaire, $126K from Fannie Mae and corrupt Fannie Mae execs among his advisors, voted for infanticide, 130 votes “present” in the Illinois legislature… just to name a few.)

    Comment by V the K — September 19, 2008 @ 10:03 pm - September 19, 2008

  19. There’s a lengthy chronology of the Troopergate “scandal” here:

    http://www.floppingaces.net/2008/08/29/palins-troopergate-beating-msm-distortions-to-the-truth/

Bottom line is that Palin appointed Walt Monegan which means that she was well within her rights to reassign him (he ELECTED to leave). I don’t recall this level of liberal outrage when Clinton fired all (save one?) US attorneys – including some with active investigations into Clinton and his associates. I concede he was within his rights but, as liberals like to say, it’s the appearance of impropriety.

torrent – if you want to vote for Obama, there’s nothing anyone here can say to you to change your mind. Most people have their minds made up regardless of the facts. I can think of several reasons to NOT vote for McCain but I can’t think of a single reason to let Barry and the libs anywhere near the White House.

I just cannot understand the modern-day “liberal (fascist)” mindset. All of us experience cognitive dissonance but liberals must have a super-human ability to adhere to a truly incoherent philosophy (maybe not given the level of derangement).

If someone got into Barry’s emails, liberals would be apoplectic (can one be apoplectic having already decompensated?). I guarantee the media wouldn’t publish any of the content and would be shrieking for Congressional hearings (sure that Dick Cheney and Karl Rove were in on it).

  20. if you want to vote for Obama, there’s nothing anyone here can say to you to change your mind.

I agree. If you’re that f*cking stupid and filled with hate, knock yourself out. Vote for him as many times as you want, as liberals are wont to do. Just don’t piss down my back and tell me it’s raining.

    Comment by ThatGayConservative — September 19, 2008 @ 11:52 pm - September 19, 2008

  21. The liberals apoplexy regarding the Palin emails is because they didn’t find any whiff of scandal or corruption, which they were sure was there (probably because they know it would be there in their own emails). The absence of any smoking email guns just reinforces that Palin is what she seems to be, and that is probably the libs worst nightmare.
