Of good workouts and improved states of mind
Perhaps, I should entitle this, “Life Lesson #567 b-12″ or some such.
Just returned from the gym where I did an intense workout on the Stairmaster and feel much more balanced that I did when I woke up. Â I guess the lesson in all this is that when your schedule allows, if you’re feeling off, strenuous physical activity helps. Â
It’s amazing how much better I feel. Â Amazing. Â :-)
UPDATE . . . and the Reagan movie is yet to come.

nothing like an endorphin dump to brighten up a day.

For once I agree with michael - a fit body leads to a fit mind. That’s why college students who exercise actually get better results over those who don’t.
I forget who did the study, but it was published a few years ago.
Regards,
Peter H. (I’m baaaaaaaaaaaack!)

Welcome back Peter.
And I agree, a good endorphin dump is good for clearing the mind.
