. . . this story would prompt editorials on the anger of Obama supporters.
We read all the time about the anger at McCain-Palin rallies as if it’s not commonplace for partisans at political rallies to speak harshly of their adversaries. I mean, we all know that at Obama rallies, all they do is sing Kumbaya before chanting “Hope” and “Change” while riding their pink unicorns in happy circles around Obama.
Yet, when an Obama supporter physically assaults a McCain supporter, well, the media find it about as newsworthy as if a Democrat lied under oath.
I’m a registered independent, I’m if anything anti-partisan, and I hate both political parties. But what I hate worse is disparate treatment and basic unfairness.
And you just know some lefty troll-boi is going to pop-up and claim that pointing out how unfair and dishonest the media are is “whining.” No, it isn’t. It’s pointing out a fact. Demanding that the government bail you out of some situation you got yourself into… that’s whining.
“We read all the time about the anger at McCain-Palin rallies”
That’s because there is a lot of it..along with a lot of racism and bigotry. Call out the bad behavior of Obama-Biden supporters, but also embrace your base like the anti-semitic, anti-black, racist with the Obama “Husain” ghost hanging from a noose in his yard in Ohio. Did you miss that little treat from the McCain-Palin base?
You know that you’re comparing apples to oranges when you’re comparing the McCain-Palin supporters to the Obama-Biden supporters.
This past Saturday, a woman from my church along with others were physically assaulted at an Obama rally. They were peacefully holding pro-life signs on the street. In the end, one was kicked and another punched and the police had to escort them out through the crowds. Yes, such a delightful vision of the Obama future world of peace and tolerance for all except conservatives! Can’t wait!

If “anti-partisan” means you are against taking positions for purely partisan reasons, then I too am anti-partisan. However, I am a strong conservative and in the past thirty years, even in my conservative part of Virginia, the Democrats have run candidates far more liberal than the Republican choice. I would be an independent if there were competing conservative candidates. I have never voted for a Democrat presidential candidate since I began voting in 1960. The Democrats have never put up a presidential choice that was a better conservative than the Republican candidate.
All of this is to say that I do not believe there are very many conservative democrat districts in the country. That makes me wonder what the “independent” voter is really measuring.
I can accept “moderate” only when a not so conservative candidate is running against a liberal. When two “moderates” battle it out, it is like watching clowns sitting in their La-Z-boys lobbing nerf balls at each other until the clock runs out.
There is no confusion in this election. Obama/Biden can not be confused with “moderates” or conservatives. Throw in Pelosi and Reid and you have the makings of a nightmare for conservatives and those who appreciate capitalism.
What we have finally come down to is the perfection of the pandering that Clinton was so good at. We now have a community organizer who is aiming to organize the biggest community of them all. Bread and circuses always precede the moment when the ruling class decides the masses must be controlled.
Bread and circuses always precede the moment when the ruling class decides the masses must be controlled.
I think we’re past that moment. In the hyper-exaggerated tales and accusation of “hate” against McCain supporters, I think we see the seeds of some Draconian measures against free speech coming from the Obama Regime wrapped in “anti-hate” rhetoric. In the college campuses where Obama is most at home and most popular, restrictions on free speech are accepted as a matter of policy, with leftist administrators making the call as to what is “hate speech” and what is not.
I read the article over and over yesterday on the Pajama Media website and all the links they provided and I can find nothing valid to indicate this a*%hole is an Obama supporter. Making that claim in the title of the article is an example of what you consider fair and unbiased?
Dave once again insists that we believe the unlikely rather than the obvious.
In case any lefties out there are click-challenged, the story GPW linked is:
Disgusting. What with their other attempts to shut down dissent, their financial corruption, and their massive vote fraud efforts, truly the Obama campaign / supporters have become a threat to democracy.
Whoa, Dave – aren’t you the Dave (there have been several) who has promised to leave GayPatriot about 90 times now?
Or the Dave that still can’t cite a single example of a C-h-r-i-s-t-i-a-n Pridefest where the death of all gays is celebrated, despite insisting that such events exist and are “sold-out?” The same Dave that claims hatred of Sarah Palin is “mythical” despite hundreds of documented examples.
Maybe Dave should produce some evidence to support his own assertions, before attacking other people for not having enough evidence to support theirs.
This is an example of mythical hatred.
This is real hatred.
Any questions?
