I have only one Republican friend who voted for Obama. She did so to “teach the party a lesson” and “get it back on track.” However, I know a ridiculous number of socially conservative Republicans who planned to stay at home on election day until Palin was announced as VP. I know Democrats hate her, but you can let go of the idea that there was a massive number of Republicans who voted for Obama because of Palin. McCain would’ve lost by a wider margin if he hadn’t chosen her, as crazy as that seems to you, I’m sure.

Isn’t 3rd in line Speaker of the House? Pelosi, anyone? I wish HC was VP elect, I would feel much better with her a heartbeat away. That said, I think the Republicans who are trying to blaim the woman/Palin for McCain’s loss are showing their true colors. They are trying to neutralize her from even considering a Pres run in “12″. Sounds like the “Good Old Boy Network” is back at it. It’s a shame they haven’t learned anything yet.

#5, thus the reason the race became a race and not a route. Sarah Palin motivated the base, and her real talk invigorated a lot of people.

I know the McCain campaign was the first one I contributed to, after he nominated Gov Palin.

So what would be a President Biden’s biggest gaff? Offering a beer to I’m-a-dinner-jacket? Or maybe some porkrinds?

Obama is going to deep-six Biden. He won’t be a heartbeat away, he will be a continent away. In fact, as soon as Pelosi hears the bad news of Obama’s demise, Biden will suffer an unexpected fatal accident.

Of course, I am speaking in the Oliver Stone warp of reality. But, Biden has proved his worthlessness so completely, that everyone knows his main utility is as the hat check boy. His health is so risky that the real thinking is who will replace Biden.
