My car acquired a huge repair bill yesterday. This is a depression worse than the days of Noah and the flood and Big Oil has kept me from owning a perpetual motion machine that enhances the environment and creates excess energy when I drive it and feeds the poor and cures cancer. I can only wait by the mailbox for the government check and look to government for solutions to all of life’s big problems and petty annoyances. Hey, look! There is a piece of litter by my mailbox. I will have to go call 911 and have someone come by and pick it up.
