If Bush Was Trying to Drown Blacks in New Orleans….

February 6, 2009 by GayPatriot

Is Obama trying to kill poor white people in Kentucky?

LOUISVILLE, Ky. Nearly 168,000 emergency meal kits sent to Kentucky in the wake of an ice storm had been recalled more than two weeks earlier because some contained peanut butter that could have been contaminated by salmonella, federal officials said Thursday.

An apparent communication breakdown among federal officials allowed the kits to be sent to Kentucky to help feed hundreds of thousands of people left without power at the height of last week’s storm.

If the liberals held Obama to the same standard (um, lies) as Bush in Katrina — then Obama is definitely trying to kill poor white people in Kentucky.

Regardless of the peanut butter development — this disaster is definitely Obama’s Frozen Katrina.

UPDATE from PatriotPartner (John):  “Quite a sticky situation that Barry has on his hands.”    Ba-dum-dum.

Who wants to bet that the tainted peanut butter came from Jimmy Carter’s friends in the ag industry?

I have friends who live in Elizabethtown KY and have been in a motel in TN for a week now. No power has been restored to their area yet. It wasn’t just power lines that came down; the weight of the ice actually took power poles down. Apparently, they snapped in half like twigs; that’s how bad the ice was.

I still read “joe my god” but I could never understand the “hate” they had for Bush. This post is similar “its ” hateful of Obama, and frankly mean spirited. I don’t think Obama is a racist, nor do I think that phrase should be thrown around like a frisbee. The Senator from Kentucky and the Govenor should be spear heading this from a first responder and leadership perspective. Obama should and Im sure he is cooperating. I think comments like this whether leveled on Bush e.g. Gitmo- nazi- Katrina- Kanyee West racist, or here Obama, only helps traditional American Minority groups.

That would be poor, white red staters.

It’s not mean spirited. I believe it’s called illustrating liberal absurdity by being absurd. Not to mention the fact that pointing out liberal double standards is pretty damn fun.

You know, double standards like smearing corporate CEOs for flying on private jets and going on spa retreats and then firing up AF-1 to travel 94 nautical miles to a spa retreat? That and billing us $70,000 so democrats can charter an Amtrak train to fly to said retreat.

We already foot the bill for Amtrak. Why do we have to spend $70,000 more so Leona Helmsley liberals can enjoy a spa holiday?

Bush was castigated for taking a month long “vacation” in August 2001. Nevermind the fact that nobody’s in Washington in August.

Yes, I was wondering about driving to Williamsburg not using Air Force 1 in a monetary crisis. But maybe this is just a game to O.

Don- You don’t think obama is racist?

How could he sit there in that so-called church listening to anti-honky rhetoric for decades if he were not racist?

Non-racists stand up and leave at the very least. Active non-racists would confront that hateful preacher whose name I have blacked out.

He banked on winning the election by racism and he did.

    Shoot.

I don’t mean to nit-pick, TGC, but I believe the grammatically correct expression is “liberal standards.” (The “double” is always silent.)

    I love this blog.

Kudos to all that have a brain and a witty comment to showcase it. I’m sure I need not explicitly state it (unless don is reading) but that excludes don.

Obama hasn’t even flown over the disaster areas, and hasn’t even declared the areas disaster areas more than ten days after the storms.
HE WAS EATING $100/pd Wagyu Steak while (white) PEOPLE FROZE TO DEATH! Barack DINED while CRACKERS DIED!
Barack is a racist! Those are the comparable headlines you would get if the libmedia were fair and balanced in its coverage of the Obamanation.

13: Check your facts: President Obama declared Kentucky (and Arkansas) in a state of federal emergency on January 29th. And as far as deaths: In any natural disaster people will die, regardless of efforts (or non-efforts) of any government. In the case of Kentucky, there are several reports that people who died was not because of the cold itself, but because of a number of them were running heaters in an inappropriate manner.

And you know why Obama’s not jumping up to visit? Because there’s no need for him to be there: It’s not centralized, nor is there any question that he hasn’t done his job….the people who were involved in rescue and support in those states were/are doing their jobs as needed.

All of this in contrast to the way things were handled in New Orleans in 2005. (the scale of which was much larger in human suffering and death than what happened in Kentucky and Arkansas combined).

Whoa! Wait a minute. Are you being sarcastic, Kevin? I can’t tell. If not, when did you come to this realization? Let me guess…was it on or immediately after January 20, 2009 by any chance? I’m not sure I’m comfortable with this. Kevin, this is the first time you’ve ever unequivocally acknowledged an axiomatic certainty of the natural world, so I’m sure you can understand my suspicion. Just give us a little warning next time you decide to go completely off the DailyKos rails and embrace reality for a split second because frankly, it’s a little jarring.

Then Kevvie, I guess we shouldn’t worry if something happens to you or your family in the event of a tragedy, correct?

Not that I’m trying to wish it on you…although knowing you, you’d probably wish it on 90% of the commenters here.

Kevin: “… as far as deaths: In any natural disaster people will die, regardless of efforts (or non-efforts) of any government.”

That’s kinda the point. If you weren’t obsessed with defending Obama you’d get the (obvious) sarcasm and note that few people stated such truths before Obama was crowned.
