PS – I have to agree with Michael Savage: Barbara Boxer reminds me of some pushy yenta in the “10-items-or-less” line who harasses others for their purchases but overlooks the fact that she’s trying to count bacon, lettuce and tomato as one item.

My senator, Kay Bailey Hutchison, went on Huckabee’s show on Fox News last night and not only explained her opposition to the Porkulus package, but also laid out an alternative plan that would prove to be more “bi-partisan” than the current omnibust.

Kay for Governor 2010!

Wow Dan. My new Senator Kay Hagan didn’t answer any of her phones after 5pm Friday. I guess when the “deal” was announced, she went into hiding.

I wonder how the senators who voted for this economic disaster of a bill handle their own personal finances. I cannot believe they are as free with their own money and as profligate as they are with the government’s, which is after all really ours.

Sen. Arlen Spector and Sen. Susan Collins have both voted yes to the SPENDULUS package. I implore all of you to go to their websites and contact them regarding their decisions. I have. And I did not mince words. They deserve every word of shame and disappointment you and I can muster.
