according to conservative pollster rasmussen, 30% of americans don’t know enough about reid to have an opinion of him. the “no opinion” response for nancy pelosi has fallen, however (11%).

Well she is allowed to be unpopular, I think democrats would rather her be unpopular than Obama. She is the one who is crafting the agenda and getting it passed, not matter what she has to do to get it through. I am not sure how effective it would be to pin her as the leader of the Dems when the President is a democrat. He is the one broadly shaping agenda directions and she is just the agent to carry it out.

I personally think the whole approach of going after Obama’s underlings won’t work in the long run. It might help to pick off their seats, though Pelosi is more than safe in her district. I think it would be better to go after Reid, who is more likely to have a serious challenge.

As Hot Air points out today, we sure did dodge a bullet by not electing Sarah Palin, didn’t we? I mean, imagine how incompetent she would have been. I bet in her first two months in office she would have quadrupled the deficit, appointed corrupt and incompetent cronies to her cabinet, crashed the stock market, insulted our allies with her ineptitude, thrown lavish parties while Americans worried about the economy, picked a fight with a talk show host (and lost), and required a Teleprompter just to get through a simple nominating speech.

Man, we sure are lucky we didn’t elect anyone THAT stupid.

Then I am reminded that Republicans let a guy named Tom DeLay run the House (and virtually sell it to K Street). And GOP leaders in both the House and Senate made an art out of earmarks. And then thereâ€™s that boob of Senator from Iowa who suggested that Wall Street executives commit suicide.

So in other words, you’re making excuses for the fact that you and your Obama Party are doing exactly what you are loudly criticizing Republicans for doing.

Why don’t you demand Pelosi’s resignation and imprisonment on criminal charges, like you did for DeLay?

Although I usually vote Democratic I think Democrats in the House and Senate erred in naming Pelosi Speaker and Reid Senate Majority Leader.
