The UN is a graft based organziation that has had no credibility for decades. Cuba is much worse off due to the embargo and I know because I have been there, yes I know but its possible. But sanctions through the UN are impossible. Iran is a nation that supports terrorist organizations through supplies and weapons which they obtain from China and Russia. Iran wants Israel wiped off the map. So, for me as a conservative I believe we should accept the reality for now is that we can do nothing until the leadership of Iran becomes more moderate and more in sync with the civilized world that will not tolerate terrorist or those that support them. Obama was merely trying to make points with the few that were listening. He doesn't care and the American people don't care because the mainstream media doesn't address these types of human rights violations. Government sanctioned murder of gay people is not newsworthy I guess, but Anna Nicole's former doctors are. That speaks volumes of this nation and how much it has changed in the last 20 years.
