To suggest she’s dumb indicates you’ve ignored her record as have such media figures as Katie Couric. And that is part of the point of the post.

I’m suggesting she’s dumb because I’ve seen her being dumb all over my TV. Nobody was asking her hard questions, nobody in the media asks anybody hard questions. This is a pretty big difference between conservatives and liberals — you guys think the media is hopelessly biased in favor of liberals (quick! Ignore that Fox News and talk radio crush their liberal counterparts), while liberals think the media is hopelessly biased in favor of themselves. That is – they’re lazy, they’re more concerned with ratings, and the most important attribute of a reporter is that they can build and maintain access. Again – nobody gets hard questions, really. Sarah Palin wasn’t stumbling on some in-depth, multi-faceted geo-political hypothetical, she was stumbling on ‘What do you like to read?’ She was stumbling when she’d try to describe her proximity-based foreign policy experience. There’s that horrible, rambling answer to who knows what question where she perks up and says ‘Ooh! It’s got to be about job creation!’ mid-sentence. That’s more than enough information for me to rule on her dumbness.

And yes, I am trying to help. I think we need a good conservative party in this country, and you guys are definitely sprinting in the wrong direction if you think this woman has anything to offer.

You attach your comment to a post where I made specific points about the biased media coverage of Sarah Palin. To respond, you rant against conservatives in a comment filled with vitriol but no facts.

Ask yourself, what does that say about your mindset and your world-view.

Why do you insult conservatives instead of responding to our arguments? If we really are as out of our minds as you contend that should be pretty easy.

This isn’t about conservatives staking our political fortunes on Sarah Palin, but the media bias directed against that good and accomplished woman.

You may not be trying to be malicious, but you are. Guess it’s just part of your mindset. You think it’s telling the “truth” to smear a conservative.
