The New York chapter of LCR is doing pretty well.

The first Thursday of the month socials are always quite well attended — a fun and engaged group of guys and a few ladies.

And, last year, two NYC LCR members were candidates for the NY Assembly.

Well, and two other reasons for the “great” decline: total irrelevancy and hypocrisy. How any group of gay people could ever have thought they wanted a place in the GOP is appalling. Between the whackos, the Moose Woman, the charlatans, the religious nuts and the hatred…..WTF? Get out a shovel and bury the LCR. Please. Deep.

Eva–yes, that national office is long gone. And I would not have fully appreciated Patrick Sammon’s different leadership style if he had not met with me personally, a meeting for which I am most grateful.

Yes, I recall that infighting all too well.

It would be nice to get your post of the details of your strategy. The National Office you are talking about is long gone.

I used to sit on the Board of LCR – in my view, the biggest problem with the organization was the constant infighting.
