The media will never report honestly on people like Frank, but with bloggers and You Tube showing what these people really stand for, America has to eventually wake up, don’t they?

At what point will the GOP via the RNC start hammering this little bit of inconsistency home? It’s not unreasonable or unfair for the minority party to point this out and educate the electorate… so why the delay? Does the GOP a) not want to purge those from government who have been derelict, and b) more cynically, not have a desire to regain the levers of government?

Thankfully we do have the blogosphere to get informed. Clearly, neither traditional the pathway of legacy media nor intragovernmental competition can be trusted to do their solemn duty. Thanks for filling the void.

MAYBE, if conservatives can get these videos into the hands of those “conservatives” who believed the MSM when they parroted the theory that GWB’s lax regulatory policies caused the whole financial industry’s collapse, and who then voted for “hope and change,” MAYBE a few of them will begin to understand.

But I don’t think one can ever underestimate the ability of the bulk of humanity to ignore facts. For most of the Left and much of the moderate middle, a lie repeated often enough becomes the truth. And most of the moderate middle has bought into the “truth” that conservative talk radio is really far-right extremists and Fox News is NOT fair and balanced but, well, far-right extreme.

There are, I guarantee, many people who read the New York Times and listen to NPR and believe they are well-informed. These are the people who thought Sarah Palin was a horrible choice and believed that Barack Obama was a qualified candidate. Worse, some of them posit that The O is just doing what ANY president would have had to do.

[Shudder!!!]
