The President Enters the Fever Swamp
Just look at how he describes the Tea Parties: ”Those of you who are watching certain news channels on which I’m not very popular, and you see folks waving tea bags around . . . .”
Emphasis added. Guess he doesn’t know that we called them Tea Parties in honor of a certain pivotal event in American history. Wonder why that is.
UPDATE: Why is the President getting so defensive? Thin-skinned is he?

FOX looked at his first 100 days press conference teleprompter session and decided the network would rather make money by being a refuge for those who don’t care to join the Obamathon.
Obama defines bi-partisanship as agreeing with his hope and change and leaving the old, failed tax cuts and budget cutting stuff at home. As far as the detailed outline of the hope and change is concerned, Obama is quick to point out that it is a work in progress and we will understand it better after it has become a resounding success.

Funny – at first it was reported by the DNC MSM that Dear Leader wasn’t even aware of the nationwide Tea Party protests that occurred on April 15. But now he’s out criticizing both the individuals and the Fox News Channel.
No class, all a$$.
Half-honkey, all donkey.
Black and white, and Red all over.

Feeling guilty about buzzing NYC to the tune of 300K?
Thought he knew nothing about the TEA parties, according to Mrs Doubtfire.

“Defensive”? I love how you take link titles with question marks and turn them into statements as if it’s been proven. If by “defensive,” you mean “comfortable and on offense,” then sure, Obama was “defensive”:

#4 – TP, if you believe that quote of Dear Teleprompter’s, then I have a bridge to sell you. Cheap.

#1 – Helio, just remember – the tea parties were about The Snob’s irresponsible spending, his irresponsible growth of government and his irresponsible power grab over individual liberty and freedom.
To me, it sounds like he’s having a “bitter clingy” moment here. After all, the peasants are getting restless! (SARC)

“That wasn’t me,” President Barack Obama said on his 100th day in office, disclaiming responsibility for the huge budget deficit waiting for him on Day One.
Sounds like Bart Simpson…

So the D-bag isn’t a fan of tea bags?
He really is thin skinned. I can’t believe how much energy he and Gibbs have put into getting in little digs like that over this 100 day nightmare. What a petty, petulant jerk.

And we know what to do to the thin-skinned… keep pricking ‘em

#10 – ILC, back when I was a child many years ago, many people said that when the U.S. got a black president, pigs would fly.
After just 100 days, swine flu.
(Sorry, couldn’t resist.)
