Just had lunch with a reader who has become a friend. Noting how nice it was to be able to hobnob with fellow conservatives in this politically correct town, we discussed an idea I’d been considering, having monthly dinners for gay conservatives in Tinseltown.
If there’s enough interest, we could start meeting the week after Memorial Day.
E-mail me if interested.
Wait a minute…you don’t live in Real America?
Alec, what better way to know my “enemies” than to live among them? 🙂
I still like my idea of GayPatriot Days at Disney(World).
although I am probably considered a lefty, but see myself moving toward the middle of the aisle, I would love the opportunity to share a meal, good laughs, a cocktail with you, GPW and your friends. l’chaim
forgot to add that I don’t see me in LA soon though, sitting in the soggy NW in Seattle.
That would be cool… I could make it from from SD now and then.
How about with straight conservatives? Those of us enjoy talking politics with conservatives of any color, gender or orientation. Though I’d have to drive up from the OC.
Bruce, this is open to all who read the blog. We don’t discriminate based on sexual orientation. 🙂
Great idea about Gay Patriot L.A. dinners. Makes me wish I was on the left coast so I could attend.
Here in the Pensacola area, being a gay Christian conservative can be a bit lonely.
God bless you all!

GA here, but have a couple opportunities to travel to LA this year. Would make a point of attending if things line up.
If I’m ever in the LA area, count me in!
PS to Rick in #9 – ThatGayConservative lives in the Tampa area; maybe you two should say hi and introduce yourselves.
Just call me Peter the Greeter! 😉
Regards,
Peter H.
Dan, when you do get together and have lunch in public… do you guys dare talk in a normal tone of voice or is it all whispers? I’d hate to think what some gayLeft, struggling actor might do to your food plates or drinks if they only knew.
It’s why MM-partner and I always travel str8-acting in gay enclaves. Nawh, just kidding.
#12 – MMatt, read the post on “Tipping” that Dan wrote and you can see exactly how waiters behave.
PS – Tipping is not a city in China.
Sorry, couldn’t resist one from my waitering days. 😉
Regards,
Peter H.
Sounds like a good idea
BTW, OutliciousTV the website is no more 🙁 so my new e-mail is in this comment
Peter, Tipping is not a city in China. Good one. Very good wit.
Sorry to hear that Outlicious
Yes, please keep me in the loop. I haven’t been to southern Cal since I left Camp Pendleton. If you know any agents/producers, I can line up a meeting or two.
Or maybe I’ll just go to Disneyland!
Count me in! Female, straight, fiscal conservative. 🙂
