1. I cannot WAIT for this show. I loved it when I was a kid. I hope it does well!! The lizard stuff scared me as a kid but it was fun. I’m pumped.

8. Steve – you thought that was a low blow? Really?

   I think a real life gay gossip blogger calling a real life conservative woman a f*in b* is a little bit more on the “low blow” meter than a fictional tv series being used as a metaphor for Obama.

   … or using Prop 8 supporter information to harass and intimidate normal people into silence and not participate in their civic duties… that’s kind of worse than imagining Obama as an alien.

   I thought it was more of an attack on the media than anything … and they are just like that guy (for the most part.)

   Obama compared to the beautiful lizard woman? Not him … he doesn’t have to be like that. I am sure his handlers are the ones that make the smiling threats.

    Going back to the clip… Try to re-imagine it for the Bush years. The alien would be the journalist (think Helen Thomas). She’d say, two minutes before air time, “By the way, Mr. Bush, I can’t ask any questions that would put you in a positive light. In fact, I’m not going to be remotely fair.” Then Bush would respond “Oh… Okay” and do the interview.

13. #11 – In her present form, Helen Thomas looks more like Jabba the Hut.

    Paste a picture of her in any bar and it would be an immediate turn-off to picking up anyone.
