He would seem to be a perfect candidate--he's a hypocrite whose private lifestyle is at odds with his public politics.* If he was a Republican, they'd have staffers lined up around the block to "testify." Why are they protecting him in a way they would never protect a conservative? We have just as much evidence for Obama as there was for Ted Haggard--a disgruntled male escort. Why was that enough to out Haggard but not Obama? Wouldn't outing Obama provide him with the self-awareness needed to sign an executive order canceling DOMA and DADT? *to quote Kathy Griffin--"Allegedly."
