Sarah Palin is no more of a quitter than a person who refuses to play poker with a known cheat and liar. That’s what Jody and his Obama Party are, and the fact that they do so, like Casey pointed out above, demonstrates what piggish and hateful scum they are.

If that is enough to derail her, then so be it. One thing is certain: there is no way you can turn this taunt off or around.

However, Palin has the moxie, the smarts and the charisma to steamroll right over the taunters. Actions always speak louder than words and Obama’s actions are screaming to be challenged. If he rids the world of nuclear arms, brings peace and stability to the Middle East, solves the energy problem, stops global warming, ends joblessness and repairs the world economy, he will be hard to beat. But if he comes out of the chute promising “hope” and “change” he will have to defend his non-record and that includes being a quitter on his campaign promises to the hard left. He will undoubtedly blame everything on what he “inherited” and order people to stand pat, because change is just around the corner.

Obama has set himself up to be criticized on substance. He played the Messiah card effectively, now he has to produce some fishes and loaves. The people with torches and pitchforks are growing in numbers and they are not amused.

As for Sarah being a “quitter,” I see it differently; she actually put her family ahead of her ambitions. Which is way better than the way the Obamas use their little girls as political props and stage dressing.

So, yes, I would say that Sarah Palin has put up with WAY more crap than Hillary Clinton ever had to. Not only that, Sarah Palin is much less a professional politician than Hillary is. Maybe she (God forbid) honestly thinks that taking her family away from the spotlight is a good thing.

I remember when so many talking heads (including a healthy number of conservatives) bashed Fred Thompson because he was “lazy.” What they should have said is “Fred Thompson is a man with a strong sense of public duty, but truly questions whether the benefits of modern politics justifies the personal cost.”

The statement that only a crazy person would run for president has been a public staple for years. What sane person would put up with the abuse, and accept the necessary devotion?
