IS THERE ANYTHING IT CAN’T DO? “Coffee May Reverse Alzheimer’s.”

I once tried going cup for cup with a coworker who drank coffee all day. After 6, I felt like garbage, gitty and my BP was spiking.

On the other hand, I tried giving up coffee once. After 3 days my family, coworkers and students sent in a sacrificial lamb with a cup and instructions that they wanted me to drink it again. I keep telling myself it isn’t an addiction if its good for you.

I’ve cut WAY back since my Army days, but I certainly do enjoy a cup or two in the morning.

I wouldn’t believe the hype. I’ve read studies indicating just about everything will “prevent” Alzheimer’s. Didn’t you know, marijuana also prevents it *rolling eyes*:

Want me to tell you what will work? A healthy diet, years of exercise, and good genes.
Oh, and crosswords won’t save you either:
