#10 – For those of you who aren’t from the South, the barbecue changes every 100 miles or so. Just like the cheeses in France.

I’ll take Texas or Carolina BBQ any day (my mom was from Winston-Salem, NC). KC or Memphis just doesn’t do the trick.
