The question is worded in such a way as to intentionally capture lots of people who feel that Bush had plenty of good reason to expect an attack (like the intellegence report he got entitled “al-Q determined to strike in America), but failed to take these threats seriously.

Sort of like how the question is phrased to brand as “birthers” people who have questions about why Barack Obama refuses to release the information like college transcripts, health records, passports, and so forth that he demands of others.

What the turd Moore did not tell people is that the Northwoods project relates to JFK, a Democrat and it was suggested by the CIA in 1962. What the turd and slimy Moore did not tell people is that the papers relating to the Northwoods Project were released in 1997. What the big fat slime Moore did not mention is that Bush had been President for less than 9 months when Bin Laden struck.

Now, dealing with the crap about prevention of the attack, my comment here is that nothing could be done to prevent something where there is no intelligence on the perpetrators in the first place. The Muslim members of Al Qaeda who took part in this murder-suicide mission went under the radar. They were already on USA soil when Clinton was still President, because they did their pilot training in Florida…. that means that these dumbass Truthers have in fact lost the plot with their claims…. start at why Clinton did not tighten the security of the borders or have in place security that would mean that these people would have been flagged in the first place……
