The unspoken secret on the Hill is that the courts will expand any national health proposals to covers illegals anyway. Same as they did with public education in the 80's. Airing of these issues by the Senate and House Progressives is effectively irrelevant, but may buy some time with the Hispanic caucus. The Friday after Chairman Obama was called out, the WH issued bullet points including tacking SAVE onto HR3200.
