Obamacare: What possibly could go wrong?
Sent to me by GayPatriot reader Dan from New York:
Let me get this straight.
We’re going to pass a health care plan written by a committee whose head says he doesn’t understand it, passed by a Congress that hasn’t read it but exempts themselves from it, signed by a president that also hasn’t read it, and who smokes, with funding administered by a Treasury chief who didn’t pay his taxes, overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that’s nearly broke.
What possibly could go wrong?
Indeed.

Yeah that’s pretty much it huh. The end result of letting government run your lives. It was a lesson brought home during Katrina in New Orleans but the sheep just shrugged.

If you liked Obama’s timely and effective Swine Flu-vaccine program…you’ll love Obama’s universal, affordable, government-provided health-care.

First Hand Experience with the Canadian Health Care System
Yesterday I took my dad to a public clinic that specially focuses on osteoarthritis: http://oasis.vch.ca/clinics_westside.htm We went there because he has been experiencing severe pain in his left knee, which is quite swollen. The lead up to yesterday’s appointment took about a month.
It was immediately clear to the specialists there that he needs to get his knee replaced. So he’s now on the waiting list for surgery. The wait is expected to be about 3 to 9 months.
Everyone we met with was very nice & professional but that waiting time is probably more than a little shocking to Americans who have private health insurance. Welcome to today’s Canadian Health Care System and tomorrow’s ObamaCare.

the GOP had 8 years to fix health care, and like all of bushco’s domestic agenda, it failed (hell, he didn’t even try to fix it).
The GOP has absolutley NO STANDING on this issue, as they have absolutely no ideas on how to improve the average American’s stance, for we know the GOP is so beholden to big insurance, big pharma and all of healthcare.
So, shut up. You had your chance and FAILED. MISERABLY.

Good quote…Rush Limbaugh said the same thing, almost verbatim on his radio show about a month ago.

Ohiosemenlover, in addition to having the sleaziest name on the internet, is lying and/or ignorant, as usual.
Republicans did try to fix health care several times. They passed tax-exempt health savings accounts which allows people to save up and put money aside (gaining interest even) for their own health care completely tax free.
Democrats, since they dont want people to be ABLE to pay for their own healthcare, since that doesnt give Democrats power over them, are naturally making health savings accounts illegal.
Republicans also tried to pass legislation allowing people to buy health insurance from ANY insurance provider they wanted to in the country across state lines. But Democrats filibustered all their attempts to do so, because Democrats dont give a rats ASS about people having health insurance, what Democrats want is government control over the individual.
Republicans also tried to pass tort reform, which Howard Dean admitted that Democrats wont touch because they dont want to piss off their scum-of-the-earth, Ambulance-chaser lawyer donors — but Democrats filibustered those attempts as well.
And regarding the LIE that Republicans have no ideas, Republicans have made public over 30 different plans to improve health care
ALL OF WHICH is why the American people trust Republicans more to handle the health care issue (and every other major issue as well) than they do Democrats.
And its why 54% of voters oppose the Democrats plan which is MORE than ever voted for Obama.
No wonder the lying OhioSemenLover wants everyone to “shut up!”

Oh, so it is back to promoting female urinals in the name of gender equality.
Cluckfriedgutslobber is so nuanced in his bon mot comments that one wonders how he is able to order a happy meal at McDonald’s. Maybe he just grabs the toy and the fries from an infant’s hand.
