Why? You support and endorse state and Federal constitutional amendments banning gay marriage. You support and endorse people like Barack Obama who state that marriage is between a man and a woman because, quote, “God’s in the mix”.

You simply are trying to come up with a rational-sounding reason for what is clearly irrational bigotry on your part. It’s no surprise that you support the Obama Party; Republicans don’t much care for people like you who use their sexual orientation as an excuse for being bigots.

If you recall, it was the Dems who were in some disarray even as we entered the new decade. They chose weak candidate Kerry, and when he lost to Bush in 2004, the party went completely batty for a while. We all wrote about the glee of watching the Dems fall over each other as a result of this defeat and the difficulties of responding in any coherent fashion to the war. The chaos broke when the public turned away from Bush and the Republicans, and the Dems stated winning. Obama was to be the shining light, the “New Hope” – JFK and MLK all rolled into one. Of course, he isn’t living up to expectations… who could… and now that Dems realize everyone watching can see that they are no better than Bush and the republican congress (potentially worse by large measures), the armistice has ended,

On Gay Marriage, it really is not necessary, however, we do need guarantees in our relationships and protections such as hospital visitations, end of life decisions, etc. Without changing society norms those things could be simplified with a Domestic Partner license.

I for sure don’t want to see my tax dollars go for Abortions, unless it is to save the life of the mother. In fact, I think after the initial 12 weeks, there should be restrictions on all abortions. Such as to save life of mother, etc. I wish the AMA would police themselves on this and refuse to perform abortions after 12 weeks unless it is medically necessary.

In any case, I hope the Dems implode, but I hope the Republicans don’t get to cocky and realize they have work to do to take back the legislature and presidency. They need to offer more than insults and offer solutions.

6: Indeed, most partisans on both sides will bitch and moan but end up voting for their preferred party regardless. Of course, sometimes that doesn’t happen as we’ve seen in recent elections. Ooooh, can’t wait for the “pro-choice” side to weigh in on 2010 should the Stupak amendment remain in place regardless of whether the health care bill passes or not. Such fun!

9: Hate crimes was a sop, something I could take or leave. This was the least important of the promises Obama made and Democrats relying on this to quell anger among their ranks would be fools. It’s not just liberal gays he has problems with now, so-called progressives are up in arms over a number of things. Absolutely delicious to watch!

10: Understandable. Yet I’m reminded of NARAL, Code Pink, MoveOn.org, Algore, ACORN, SEIU, etc. whenever I think about voting Democrat. Nope, I’d like a third alternative but don’t expect one anytime soon…

The health care bill will not have that Stupak Amendment in it when it comes out of conference. Its going to be too bitter of a pill for pro choice democrats in the end, so it will be interesting to see how they work out that piece of political theater.

It really speaks volumes about the Democrat party and liberalism in general that a man who tells people how to stick dildos up their ass for a living is a major power player.

All this is about is empty posturing on the fact of the completely amoral. Barack Obama need no more fear that Pam Spaulding, John Aravosis, Kos, Savage, Signorile, Towleroad, and others will stop giving him money and votes than he needs to fear waking up six inches shorter tomorrow morning.

As far as civil wars go, this is at best a re-enactment — without any gunpowder.

The Democrats (liberals) warn with a mighty trumpet that Sarah Palin will bring the Republican party to ruin. (Which, as a contradiction of their heralded concern, is their ultimate aim.) Meanwhile, Obama, who is as far left as rub up against the border with Marx, Che, Mao, Fidel, and Hugo is sold as a “moderate.” Nonetheless, the Democrat left is passionately dissing Obama as being weak on socialism.

Yes, the Democrats may have internal wars, but it makes no real difference. You see Democrats are all about obtaining and exercising power at any price. This includes open duplicity.

Republicans, on the other hand, are wedded to principle. When you take and hold a principled stand, you impose strict limitations upon yourself. Democrats do not worry about lying and cheating, because it is expected of gangs. Republicans who lie and cheat are unprincipled and therefore unfit. The Democrats are usually the very first to call out the Republican who strays from his principles.

One of the reasons the Democrats endlessly smear Palin is because they know she will call them out and tar them with their own duplicity. It is not a matter of civil wars within the parties as it is open combat between the parties. Reagan laughed at the Democrat monkey shines and the voters laughed with him. Bush I, Bush II and McCain all tried to make nice and the Democrats crapped on them and threw them aside like so much bird cage liner.

Al Gore, John Kerry and Barak Obama together do not make one decent candidate of trust and honor for the Presidency. That is why the Democrats so fear Palin.

I keep saying it 2010 and 2012 are going to be shockers for both parties. All the false ground claimed in being a moderate has watered down both parties to create one big lie.

Say what you mean, do what you say is what the American people are looking for. Unfortunately there are few in either party who believe that transparency and being a person of your “word” means anything anymore.

I think that those who are only seeking power and re-election will be shocked in 2010 and 2012.

Democratic Gays are masochists. I think they secretly love the humiliation of getting played for decades on end by Democrats in office. The are as stupid as Charlie Brown is when facing Lucy, being told “I won’t pull the football away this time. I mean it”.
