Why would Nancy ever have to pay the tax? She’s already had so much Tijuana-grade face work done that no one will ever doubt that the purpose of her future surgeries is to repair all of those hideous deformities and disfigurements. Clearly she’s entitled to the exemption. Now, if Congress ever imposes a tax for being a revolting elitist cu*t or enacts a cap-and-trade program specifically targeting the carbon emissions of flying monkeys, well then she’ll have to pay through the nose, but until then…

Ma’am is voting for this one, nothing will stop her. I’m sure those constituents from BH and Marin are simply booking their trips to Costa Rica, combine vacation with a few procedures.

The hospitals there are quite good, Drs. trained here, since it is a very stable country they already do a brisk medical business. Up until now with Canada, I’m sure they can accommodate Americans.
