Tano, you were born stupid and you have been losing ground ever since. Where ever you roost in the US of A, I guarantee that you have far better access to immediate topnotch health care than any other weak minded average person anywhere else in the world has. Now if you say otherwise, would do us all the favor of moving there and taunting us with post cards telling us how much your standard of living, health care, job security and social welfare have improved.

Medical tourism is quality on the cheap. The docs there do not have to figure malpractice insurance costs into their bills. And since they don’t have to deal with insurance policies that are bloated from over regulation, the customer gets a tremendous break. You know how Obama and the libs will deal with it? They will tax people usurious amounts for going out of the country for health care. If you are over the age limit for a transplant and get one elsewhere, they will create a heavy fine and jail time for disobeying the Health Czar.

What would you do to a woman who crept across the border for a mammogram? She is not behaving like a citizen of the egalitarian state! She is a self-centered wench who is not willing to play on a level playing field. Heck, why not shoot her and be done with it!

The more Democrats have driven up the costs of health care through over regulation, constantly snatching up more of the private market by the government (read: bankrupt medicare, medicaid, SCHIPS, etc), and forcing doctors to practice defensive medicine with constant frivolous lawsuits by the bottom feeding scum sucking trial lawyer Democat base — the more Americans do flee the country to find cheaper, CAPITALIST health care.

It’s a fascist power grab of the private sector and he damn well knows it, but can’t defend it.

Alternatives to our system? Not so much. To other countries with Socialist Careless, definitely. Our current best medical system in the world is already an alternative for them. If the fascist ObamaCareless is passed, all those people (and their money) will go elsewhere and Americans will follow. That, or they will have to go to dark, back alleys to get quality care.

My neighbor is going to Costa Rica to get a tooth transplant. A relative recently went there for a hip replacement. Obamacare will really enrich Costa Rica and other medical-tourism places. I can fly there for small dollars R/T and have a week in a resort thrown in. The medical costs are half or less. The care is excellent and the doctors are top rate.

Sure, you can’t get there by ambulance, but it will rapidly develop as an alternative to Obamacare. You will have to be middle class, but the insurance companies are already working up policies for medical tourism health care. That is capitalism at its best, in my book. When Obama tries to slam the door on health care options, you just find a new door.

The hospital I work with has a number of free standing clinics and test centers. We are beginning to research having medical care on retainer and opening boutique medical shops for those who want cash services.

Obama is going to have to put out a lot of fires if he thinks he can control the health and insurance industries.

Once again I ask you – what possible difference does it make that the vote is on Saturday night?

Next Thursday is Thanksgiving. All next week Congress is gone and they will take the Monday after Thanksgiving to dribble back to Washington. It will be December and after December 15 all of Washington goes lame until after the first week in January.

Reid pushed the vote to occur at the last possible minute in order to force a vote. That is how rough and tumble politics works. He is walking on eggs here, because Robert Byrd is a last gasp vote on the edge of extinction.

The fact that you see nothing remarkable about the how Reid stacked the deck is merely a function of your rabid partisanship. You will brook anything that helps your team win. Understood. Just don’t carp when your version of bipartisan transparency comes back to bite you in the rear. When you engage in a blood sport, you can’t call time out when the machete is swinging at your neck. If that is your brand of politics and you approve of playing the game that way, then understand that you have clearly taken a stand with the Attila the Hun code of ethics and politics by deceit and corruption.
