In CA it’s not just in the urban areas. Because Congress cares more for fish than people the central Valley, which used to be bread and vegetable capitals of the world are now returning to being a dust bowl.

This is a senator who can’t see beyond her SF liberal constituents. They must still have jobs, so who cares that the rest of the State is suffering,
