San Francisco ‘Unity w/Ugandan gays’ vigil today (12/10) @ Noon

Michael Petrelis informs me that he’s organizing a vigil today, December 10, Human Rights Day from 12 noon – 12:30 PM “for Uganda’s gay community as they struggle to stop homophobic political and religious leaders pushing a draconian Anti-Homosexuality Bill.” Gather at theĀ Uganda Lamp Post/Pillar (pictured below), UN Plaza, Market Street, Near 7th Street.

He encourages people to bring placards and rainbow flags.

  1. Maddow does an excellent job of taking on an ex-gay who’s colleagues and books are being used by the country to justify the kill the gays law.

    As Gay and being HIV POZ, it is people like this and the stupidity of goverments like Uganda that give me such pleasure sharing my HIV with christians. I LOVE IT!!!!!!! ALL HIV POZ individuals should increase our numbers by sharing….Merry Christmas and to you christians, enjoy your present!!!! I think I need to move closer the rick warren church and his group of christians…..mmmmmmmmm
