I am sure Berry would be a great improvement over Moran. But just to be clear on something:
... he has put forward a 5-point plan for health care reform, favoring policies which reduce government intervention in this growing sector of our economy and do not impose additional costs or mandates on the American people. Nor do they deprive senior citizens of Medicare benefits.
The sheer scale of Medicare benefits provided in this country have been a huge factor both in driving up medical costs these last several decades, and in creating the country's coming bankruptcy. Show me a politician who says we can preserve Medicare benefits on their present scale, and I'll show you one who is not that fiscally responsible and who is making promises to get elected, rather than facing fiscal reality.
