David Rodham Gergen is such a blithering idiot. Maybe he’s TanoghillieTimboob.
Jeez, these douchenozzles are so hung up on race.

Today tuesday a stunning new record low for Obama by the independent pollster Rasmussen.
Now a minus 21 is the diff between his strongly approve and STRONGLY DISAPPROVE numbers. The highest of his presendency.
Almost twice as many Americans strongly disapprove of him as approve.
What a stunning fall. And the latest turn for the worst comes after another Copen HAG en failure where he embarrassed the country and the near passage of Obamacare. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1209/30896.html
Now it looks like the rats are starting to leave the sinking ship indroves. http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/obama_administration/daily_presidential_tracking_poll

I read Gergen’s comments a little differently. I read him as saying that the way you get REAL reform is through cooperation and consensus, which happened with Brown and NOT with the monstrosity that is likely to pass the Senate this week.
In other words, I read his comment as a criticism at the Democrats for wanting to get something, ANYTHING, passed this year without even a hint of bipartisanship in the process, and not at the Republicans for fighting it.
Interesting, Dave N, I was going to add an update, saying that his comments could also be read that way. But, maybe that’s Gergen’s gift, using a lot of words to say something easily interpreted in different ways by different people. Kind of like being all things to all people.
