It's looking at the credibility of those making the charges because there are legitimate questions regarding their information and motives. Among other things: 1. Opponents accused Jennings of statutory rape and that turned out not to be true. No matter how many weasel words are thrown out about "how it doesn't matter what the age of Brewster," the point was that opponents hinged their argument on the idea that Jennings broke the law. And it turned out that he didn't. 2. Opponents accused Jennings of being a pedophile and claimed to have video footage of him teaching sex acts to children. That turned out to be false. 3. Other attacks on Jennings were mostly incidents blown out of proportion via shrill hysteria. As a matter of fact, the entire tone of the arguments against Kevin Jennings have been shrill to the point of hysteria. "Jennings is trying to indoctrinate our children." "Jennings is trying to teach gay sex to children." Has it ever occurred to you that the charges are so wild and the people making the charges are so venomous that they hurt themselves. In short, the charges against Jennings are awful but the nastiness of those making the charges are even worse. I wouldn’t call it circling the wagons.
