Ouch. That’s gonna leave a mark.

Well at least President Obama is keeping one of campaign promises: uniting most Americans of all political stripes. Although, somehow I do not believe this is what he had in mind. If even his “progressive” base is starting to turn on him, 2010 will not be a very happy new year for the Obama Administration.

All this “hopeychangeyness” is giving me such a feeling of schadenfreude lately…

  1. John, same here. David Michael Green is a repugnant idiot on 70% of his positions. And that makes reading his statement of rage and disappointment over Obama enjoyable. Thanks! :-)

  4. Whoa, that DID leave a mark. Funny thing is…. all one had to do was read GayPatriot during 2008 to know who the real Barack Obama was.

    We all knew.

  5. By the way, what has happened to some of our (formerly) crowing O-bots from 2008? There was Houndentenor, whose message was: Obama is a movement of Hope and Change, get on board. There was Jack Allen, who claimed that Obama stood for the principles of Barry Goldwater and that he (Jack Allen) was being targeted by racists for his brave support of Obama. There were others.

  8. David Michael Green certainly pulled my chain. It is amazing how clear and on target a man can be when he opens his eyes. As Yogi Berra said: “You can observe a lot by just looking.”

    Obviously, Green is feeling skinned over not having full blown socialism and a military converted to national day care and home insulation duties. That makes his epiphany that much more delicious.

    As to Hounddogwaler, Torpidtime, girllie, and the rest …… I imagine that like all the government toadies at the Bureau of Being Paid that they are outside the beltway telling the underclass how much they have to be thankful for from government-run management of their daily lives. Obama saved the economy and now he is erasing the deficit and soon he will be passing out a chicken for every pot and a lifetime income from wealth transfer and reparations.

  10. How much rage? I find myself thinking that the thing I want most from the 2010 elections is for his party to get absolutely clobbered, even if that means a repeat of 1994. And that what I most want from 2012 is for him to be utterly humiliated, even if that means President Palin at the helm. That much rage.

    ROTFLMFAO (and I don’t use those abbreviations)!!!!
