The “shoe bomber” was a full-fledged terrorist. Bush should have had him sent to Gitmo like all the other terrorists. The shoe bomber should have been water-boarded, if deemed productive, to gather the names and data of the other cockroaches in his terrorist world.

It is your team that wants to let the terrorists in Gitmo find a beach home somewhere. I am perfectly satisfied with squeezing all the useful juice out of the terrorist and then locking him up for life with a bottle of hemlock for his use if he so desires.

Why is it okay to send endless drones to kill terrorists and anyone else who gets in the way, but it’s not okay to deny constitutional protections to terrorists here? Also, where is the GITMO transparency? They are releasing terrorists to countries that will release them and it is all going under the radar.

Bush is to blame. What we need is hope and change. We need no-experience-leadership with a Mt. Rushmore size chip on his shoulder and a gaggle of sycophants who wipe with toilet paper made from the Constitution. We need a cheeseburger in Paradise shallow fellow who only hears his own drumbeat.
