A Musical Rendition of Pelosi’s Latest on Obamacare
So, earlier this morning, I was watching portions of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s brief press availability where she “said the House would take as long as it needed” to pass the health care overhaul. I translated that as, “We don’t have the votes and don’t know when we’ll get them.”
As I switched off the TV, I realized that a musical rendition of her statement already existed.
Methinks though that the bill is only alive in Mrs. Pelosi’s imagination — and that of the president.

Is it really surprising there is something musical available that can be set to the Tap Dance and Sidestep the Congressional Dem-wits & White House is doing these days.
If you really want a musical number that sums it up check the MARX Brothers in Duck Soup. The musical number is in the beginning. Goes something like
“IF YOU THINK THIS COUNTRIES IN IT NOW JUST WAIT TILL I GET THROUGH WITH IT”

Ah you have the wrong musical. The tap dance that you want is in Chicago the movie, the one with Catherine Zeta Jones. It is near the end of the movie, and truly it is a great tap dance number.
