Yikes.

April 1, 2010 by ColoradoPatriot

Here’s something that ought to scare the crap out of you. Check out this list:

Joe Biden
Nancy Pelosi
Robery Byrd
Hillary Clinton
Timothy Geithner
Robert Gates
Eric Holder
Ken Salazar
Tom Vilsack
Gary Locke
Hilda Solis
Kathleen Sebelius
Shaun Donovan
Ray LaHood
Steven Chu
Arne Duncan
Eric Shinseki
Janet Napolitano

This, according to U.S. Code, Title 3, Chapter 1, ยง 19, is the list of succession for the President of the United States.

You know, in spite of the hyperventilation on the Left about supposed threats coming from the Tea Partiers and the Right, have you ever been more hopeful for the health, safety, and general well-being of our government representation, specifically the president himself?

I would not want to be Joe Biden if something happens to Obambi. Even a food taster and the undisclosed bunker is not enough protection against Pelosi.

Would anyone on that list really be worse than the current crackpot in chief?

You could also look at the list and reasonably conclude none of the top three could possibly be elected president in 2012.

But then, no person would believe a former community organizer who was elected to state office as a candidate of the socialist New Party could ever be elected president either, so who knows.

I love the Freudian typo – “Robery Byrd” ๐Ÿ™‚

Hillary is looking pretty good right now. I always figured that when she agreed to be SOS that she had a plan to eliminate everyone above her on the list to become POTUS. Maybe she still does.

#2, Yes, actually, I think Pelosi could very well make a worse president than Obama.

Fortunately the ONLY way in which Pelosi becomes president is if Obama and Biden were killed or rendered incapacitated at the same time. If Biden became president, Pelosi would not become Vice President, he would nominate his own Vice President. And that person would then be next in line.

    AE,

There is an element of time in Biden getting his Veep in. Plenty enough time for the hair from his corpse to show high concentrations of arsenic.

President Pelosi would be the most surprised person at the inquest.

4: Dammit! You beat me to it! ๐Ÿ™‚ Considering how much pork Byrd has brought to West Virginia at the expense of the rest of the nation, I’d say this is about right…

If Obama, Biden and Pelosi got taken out somehow, then what? Would they skip Byrd? Shouldn’t a person be taken out of that loop by a certain point?

    Nah Byrd would be next.

Then in his first executive order, he’d change July 4th to “CSA day”

How in the frickin hell does Geithner get a spot above Gates? That’s just wrong, man.

At least Napolitano is far down the list.
